Angel Stillions
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) practicing since March 2024, dedicated to helping clients through intentional, therapeutic touch. I view massage as a meaningful pathway to whole-body health and balance.
My work centers on medical massage, where I focus on addressing chronic pain, and injury recovery. I specialize in targeted treatment designed to help restore function, reduce pain, and support long-term well-being. My approach is focused, intentional, and tailored to each client’s unique needs.
In addition to medical massage, I also provide relaxation massage and prenatal care for those seeking stress relief, nervous system support, and restorative bodywork during pregnancy. Whether the goal is pain management, prenatal support, or deep relaxation, I strive to create a therapeutic experience that supports both healing and overall wellness.
While not practicing massage I spend my time with family at Seneca Lake, hiking in the Adirondacks or going to Buffalo Bills games. I am also a Rotarian and Master Composter, where I spend my free time volunteering on various projects in the area as I care deeply about the environment and community.
